Whilst studying from home it’s still important to keep fit and healthy. When in school, you walked around the building, participated in PE lessons and many of you walked to school or to catch a bus each day. Now that you are studying at home you will not be moving around as much, so getting involved in one or more of these online/live exercise classes is even more important. Everyone is producing them including Jo Wicks, the Green Goddess, Mr Motivator and many more. Here are the links to 3 different styles.


Joe Wicks otherwise known as “The Body Coach” is a fitness coach, TV presenter and author. His fitness method uses short intense High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) workouts. Join Jo- for a 9am daily work out on YouTube
