Key Stage 3 Curriculum
Students have access to a broad and balanced curriculum which has been designed to prepare students for Key Stage 4, when they begin their GCSE and equivalent qualifications. At Key Stage 3, all students will receive five hours a week of English and Maths and four hours of Science.
The Key Stage 3 curriculum comprises of core and foundation subjects.

- Modern Foreign Languages: MFL (French/Spanish)
- Music
- Technology
Towards the end of the Spring Term, students will be guided through the Key Stage 4 options process. This will involve parent/student consultation evenings designed to recommend appropriate subject choices. The process is designed to help students make informed choices that will affect the most academic progress and enable suitable progression into post-16 education and training.
