We are aware that when calling into school by phone it can sometimes be difficult to get through to the correct person. Therefore, from now on please do not contact us by telephone for enquiries other than urgent safeguarding matters or same day absences.
 
Please use the new online contact form below called 'Talk with The Albion Academy' for queries such as:
•           Homework enquiries
•           Meetings with Head of Year
•           Requests for information linked to your child
•           Meetings with other staff
•           Enquiries about your child's behaviour, attendance and personal development
•           Enquiries about the curriculum and teaching
•           Complaints and concerns

Using the form, you will be able to contact relevant staff in the academy that can help with your query. Our pledge to you is that any enquiry made using the online form will get a response and attempted resolution within 2 working days from the right members of staff.

In case of emergencies such as urgent family safeguarding and same day absences, you will still be able to phone in to the Albion Academy. However, all other enquiries will be redirected to the online form.
