Arbor App

At The Albion Academy, we want you to feel as much a part of our school community as possible. Arbor is our parent/academy communication system and helps you to track your child’s timetable, update valuable key information, and keep up to date with communication from the Academy.

New parents/carers are required to log onto Arbor to complete your child’s emergency contact details and medical needs including consenting to a number of Academy policies.

How Do I Access Arbor?

You will have received an email from the academy with details of how to activate your account. If you have not received this, please complete the contact form: Talk With The Albion.

Arbor is simple to use and can be accessed via an Android or iOS app or any web browser. Please follow the instructions sent to you to complete creating your account then download the Arbor app.

What Can I Access on Arbor?

‘Arbor’ allows you to take a look at how well your child is doing across a number of different areas of school life. At The Albion Academy you will be able to access the following:

Area	What it does
Dashboard	An overview of key student areas by module including a quick action menu.
Announcements	Allows the school to communicate with all parents. Key documents can be made available for selected groups, such as important information for a trip.
Attendance	Real time attendance history and current lesson data.
Timetable and Academic Calendar	Parents can view which lessons their child is attending on any given day and the teacher of that class. Academic Calendar displays school events, holidays, inset days, clubs etc.
Data Collection Form	Parents can update their contact details and photography consent or update the data that is already held within the system.
