Aspirations Programme (ASPIRE)

Our Aspirations Programme supports students in reflecting on their goals, interests and future ambitions. Each year, students complete our in-house Aspirations and Future Skills Questionnaires, providing valuable insight into their career interests, wellbeing, personal development and key employability skills.

The information gathered helps us to understand the needs and aspirations of our students and informs a range of targeted support and opportunities. Student voice is used to shape whole-school initiatives, assemblies, enrichment activities, the pastoral curriculum, form time sessions and individual careers guidance.

Enrichment activities are a key part of our Aspirations Programme and run throughout the year. A termly enrichment calendar is produced in response to student interests and feedback, ensuring a wide range of opportunities for students to develop new skills, explore their interests and raise their aspirations.

Further details of our enrichment activities can be found in our Extra-Curricular Handbook.
