Each year our pupils complete an Aspirations quiz (delivered by East Learning) which provides learners with an opportunity to outline their goals for the academic year. From the Aspirations quiz we receive valuable data from the following four categories:
The data from the Aspire surveys is shared with the school community and an action plan is created to help our students achieve their personal development goals. Student feedback is then filtered into whole school interventions, assemblies, extra-curricular opportunities, pastoral curriculum, 1:1 career conversations and form time sessions to meet the needs of our pupils.
Our enrichment activities play a huge part in our aspirations programme and run throughout the year. A termly calendar is produced for students which is responsive to student voice. All activities take place after school and run from 3-4pm.
Details of the enrichment activities can be found here in our extra-curricular handbook.
